Maintenance, servicing and repair services
We provide Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) services tailored to meet the needs of our clients.
After evaluating your existing installation, we create a maintenance schedule that includes both visual inspections and performance testing to determine the optimal frequency of servicing.
The goal of our PPM service is to maintain the efficiency of your mechanical, electrical, heating, hot water, and drainage systems and so reducing the likelihood of breakdowns, emergency callouts, and costly repairs.
Call out and emergency repairs
We offer 24/7 Emergency Callout and Reactive Services for all aspects of plumbing, heating, gas and drainage systems as well as undertaking repairs in the event of RPZ valve failures, HIU system breakdowns, ventilation and extraction system failures, air handling unit faults and BMS controlled valve failures.
We use specialist equipment, such as electronic listening devices, cut and capping via excavation, and tracer gas technology to ensure that issues are identified quickly and efficiently.
